This theme was made using Nudge Digital's Custom Theme, which strips all css from other plugins i.e. the css for all plugins should be placed within the css file of this theme ( I've included the css for the core mods and tidypics, izap videos and draggable widgets) It works in elgg 1.7.3 haven' t tried it yet in 1.7.1, also my versions of tidypics and izap are not the latest versions, so you may have to add some more css.
As the css file is quite large, you may want to also use Evan's Minify Plugin
