Lockdown provides a simple setting switch for admins to disable or enable new account registration by visitors.
This is experimental code! It's currently used in a couple of nodes in combination with siteaccess. It is to be merged with it at some point.Untested, no warranty, bla, not in preduction, bla, you've been warned. :)
