My webcam is a logitech pro 9000 and the Capture comes up just fine and captures a photo. Saving the photo does not seem to work however. Using Elgg 7.5 and Google Chrome.

I also tried this on Firefox and MIE 8. same results, does NOT save the photo even though the capture process works.

This doesn't have anything to do with your web cam or your web browser. As stated above, this plugin is developed for Elgg 1.7.2 ... I'm sure there was some sort of change in the core that resulted in this plugin not being compatible with Elgg 1.7.5

Unfortunately, I don't have time to update it right now. I'll be sure to contact you when I release a new version that supports Elgg 1.7.5

Thanks Lenny for your reply.. I pretty much knew it did not have anything to do with the Camera I use but had to put it in there for everyones reference information. I know version 1.7.5 DID change a few things. The program looks promising so Thanks for your efforts :)

This with the cam of Mac OS X 10.6.5 does not work.

has in mind elgg update the plugin to 1.7.7. would be very excellent
