He subido el plugin y lo he instalado pero me da un error cuando intento activar el chat.¿hay q modificar algun archivo para q funcione bien?si es asi ¿alguien puede explicarme q es lo q hay q cambiar?

i have done step by step, what its  written in the guide. No chance its does'nt work in elgg1.7.8. I get the windows chat in the right bottom, but disconnected.  why why why why why why?

I forget to set the right of the file ejabberd_elgg_auth.pl. i do it and i comment

Now ejabberd seems to start, but in my elgg its still in chat Disconnecting. What i do false? PLAESE HELP ME

I wanted to evaluate the functionality of this plug-in and I have created an account in the BeeBac site that is given as an example but I cannot find the chat funtion there.

I've followed the setup guide here :

The ejabberd is installed, the script migrate.php is launched. The ejabberd database contains de relations between elgg users in the rosterusers table. No errors in the ejabberd.log. The chat is connecting but users can not sea each other, although they are friends in elgg. The windows shows Chat(0) for each user.

I don't know what to check. Can you help me ?

Problem solved. Bad configuration in ejabberd.cfg. The modules have to be exactly the same than in the Setup Guide. This is a very powerfull plugin but I'm afraid that we can't be more than 2 on the chat. Is conference possible ?

Any plan for relesing it in 1.8???

After installation this plugin i saw this error

This plugin uses a legacy manifest file and does not specify a compatible Elgg version. It probably will not work!

I need a light chat system same as facebook has in the right side of footer, is this plugin is the same as facebook chat?
