WoW :) having google wave inside elgg is a nice concept for technical & academic discussions... for that matter any discussion :)
Kudos bro :)
Any screenshot?
Thanks for creating this plugin. It uploaded fine on 1.7, but for some reason I can't find where to actually upload the waves on the Elgg platform.
I created a page in Elgg v1.7. Copy/pasted the Google Wave HTML code into the HTML portion of the page body, but it did not work so I'm guessing I'm not doing something correct.
Look forward to using this plugin!
@workpeeps -- I dont think pasting google html into yr page will do the trick... I dont think so... I have not gone thru the plugin... but I think there should be some file inside the plugin where you have to add your "googlewave id"
I think it should be inside - google/wave', -- googlewave.com!w+..
as he has quoted --
<?php echo elgg_view('google/wave', array('waveid' => 'googlewave.com!w+...')); ?>
HaPPy ElGGinG :)
Do GooD :)
@democracy -- no screenshot because it's up to you to decide where to embed the waves. I just provide the view for doing so. I imagine it will be even more useful when 1.8 comes out with ECML V2 so that your users can embed waves into their content with a simple [wave waveid="googlewave.com!w+..."].
@workpeeps jaxcatz is correct. The wave code provided by me was not complete. I have updated it to point to an actual wave, so copy/paste should work now. You'll need to fill in the waveid yourself.
Hello
The wave-id is last 9 chars in the URL of your Wave, and "Ism0RMW_A" is your user code generated by embeddy?
thx for your work
i think it's a good idea to have support for google friend connect
as earlier as better, to make expieriences with that
yes Google Friend Connect is GOOD! : )
Vote up for Google Friend Connect!
Evan spent the morning trying to get Google linked up. What code goes into your plugin, the entire
Asyncronous snippet code? Or just the number string like this.. UA-19303731-1??
I cant get Google analytics working yet even though I have tried the entire code and just this above number and it looks verified...
This plugin has not been updated to use the asynchronous code. You should just input the verification number. You have to wait 24 hours before you can get any data.
Okay note to others, I added my website with www. as Google said you may not get the data back without that. Also, Evan can I use the same reporting code for more than one website? I assume that code connects to that account?
That I'm not sure of -- you'd have to continue checking Google's documentation for that.
would like the 1.8 version with googlemaps
thanks
Wayne
@waynaldo, Sounds like a great idea? Got any coding skills that you could contribute?

Thanks in advance
I have this working for 1.8.x, just need to release the new version here. If you can't wait, check the associated plugin repository.
