Well, I think this version has some more features than the base one. I was wondering, 

Is it possible to add like/dislike for all the objects... say for example the picture uploaded weeks ago! 

And not only on the riverdashboard, but also on the tidypic? I mean in the image folder?

I guess, I need to clarify a bit, for me, the like/dislike is not appearing in case of images in the tidypics! Is there anything that I am missing?

I am having problem with activating it.

When i activate this pluging the following message appears;

LikesDislikesBundlev1.1 is a misconfigured plugin. It has been disabled. Please see the Elgg wiki for possible causes.

@saifee what version of Elgg are you using? It was built for 1.7.x did you check? Make sure you copied both sub-folders "likes" and "dislikes" to our mod directory. Not the LikesDislikesBundlev1.1 folder.
@bman I got this from Pedro for the likes I am terribly sorry I forgot to add you very wrong of me I have added you to the releases and the next version will have a full list of sources.
@democracy I am going to try to add the functions of Likes/Dislikes for all possible scenarios and plug-ins.
@Everyone we are going to be working on this by next week for another release version with more capabilities. Again thanks goes out to the developers who worked very hard on these plug-ins so support them and view the rest of their work please!

Hey guys, great work on this plugin. Can not wait for the updated version. Just one quick question. Do the like and dislike appear for certain action on the dashboard? What I mean by that is editing profile icon. When I edit profile icon only the dislike appear. Any thoughts on that?

Hi I have a question I want to add style add this line:

later in the configuration of ln administrator will tell you what shows in the activity but does not come out, I'm using Elgg 1.16

I like this plugin. A good improve would be also include simple comments, similar to Facebook

I am using 1.7.x elgg

the problem was I was extracting likedislikebundle v1.1 into mod directory.

I got it fixed by copying like and dislike folders separately.

@Carlos thanks for the idea! We'll see what we can do to incorporate even the basic messageboard system of Elgg possibly.
@maikol What do you mean "style" as in CSS values?

I've added these folders to the mod area but when I change the settings the like and dislike options aren't appearing within the site, so when I go back to the Tools settings, they're all reset to NO again.

Any ideas?

@hmathias what version of Elgg are you using so I can try and duplicate your problem? Also the next released version will be automatic settings. Just enable the plugins and it should automatically display the likes / dislikes. Alternatively you can wait until next week when we release the v1.2 Automatic version with the updated Likes plug-in as well by Pedro Prez

Guys, have you followed that with this like/dislike features, anybody can like/dislike anyone's stuffs? No matter they are friend or not? Any idea?

We'll go through and check to see if it's possible. We'll be working with Pedro Prez very soon and Keetup.com. The new release is coming out next week with the automated version.

is it maybe possible to only be able to like OR dislike something?

So if you say "Like" and push the button "Dislike" afterwards, the "I Like" is hiding again automatically?
