Hey,
In the line 1 of views/default/embed/link.php you should change embed:title to media:insert
After, the title of embed plugin will appear correctly ("Embed / upload media").

This is so useful, Brian! I met a small bug. The #youbute_help link stopped working properly (I remember it worked before). I don't know how and when it stopped. The popup box just shrinks to one line (i.e. no content). Any idea where/how to fix this issue?
Help from anyone is appreciated!
