Simple datepicker modify the default datepicker into simple 3 select fields

This will repalce the default datepicker with new, simple 3 select fields.
Ideal for fields like birthday, it allow to specify an interval between 2 years (ex. year 1950 - 1995 to let register only > 15 years old).
