Release Notes
This release includes the fix by @FredB who identified the fact that without &oe=utf-8 appended to the URL any characters outside the standard range (i.e. requiring the use of UTF-8) caused the call to fail.
No other changes are made, but hopefully this release will solve the issue of those people experiencing this problem.

I'm sorry to hear you're still having problems, can you give me more information. i.e. when does this error occur and what city are you using?
I have found the solution, i ma working on it to rewrite your script.

i try to use this plugin. But in my weather widget not work. i don't see weather any locations and i can not edit the same your picture.
