Love this plugin is really MOST wanted one.
Is there any way to get rid of this names I see on all the images something like that a0e6eb3cfbeb97e0c69f4af64ae084555e67a908
It looks so bad on the site, images have these strange long long long ABC and 123
And would be great if we click on an image and when it opens up, when we click on it again it should show the next image, each time we click on an image it should show the next image please
Hope you will improve this further
Great plugin indeed !
Tidypics uses the original filename (without suffix) as image name if the user doesn't enter an image name on uploading the images.
I just try to set up a virtual machine to check elgg 2.0.2.
Runs pretty good so far, but when I try to upload a picture, I get the error;
Bad request
Sorry. The request is invalid or incomplete.
You cannot access AJAX views directly.
So I checked the settings in admin panel. But I get a fatal error, when I want to see the configuration/help tab:
Fatal Error.

Maybe this is because of another 3rd party plugin, but I think I deactivated them all...
Update: Indeed there was a plugin preventing the upload, but the Fatal error still exists when I try to get into the Tidypics Settings on admin panel
@Hanzolo Thanks for reporting the issue with the markdown library. That's indeed happening on Elgg 2.0 because the "old" way of loading the markdown library doesn't work anymore. There are no plugin settings on the two tabs where this issue occurs though but there's only some help text displayed there (the corresponding txt files are available in the main directory of the Tidypics plugin folder). I'll fix the issue in the next release and the error shouldn't occur anymore then.
Hm, just updated to elgg 2.0.2 and have problems with uploading larger pictures. If the filesize is about 450KB it works fine, but when trying to upload bigger pics I get the error: Unexpected error while performing an AJAX call. Maybe the connection to the server is lost.
I did not change the php.ini while upgrading, so it is still "post_max_size = 64M" (which is a lot).
The Tidypics settings allow pics up to 12M.
So something seems to happen while there is a longer upload-connection, because the picture is larger and takes more time to be uploaded. Something like a refresh while the upload ist still going on, which occurs that error?
It now works all of a sudden. Maybe the token had to renew? I do not know
just found this library for reducing the size of png files very efficiently - maybe it is of use in tidypics: https://pngquant.org/
