This plugins seems very good, but I have a problem with it. When I uplaod all images (photos) can not see them. The name, size are ok, but the image I see is an standard interogate.. where am I wrong?

cannot see the photo i´m uploading.. anybody knows why?

@xhipro09: are you on Elgg 1.8.15? If yes, this version of Tidypics won't work anymore.

Has anybody had any problems with permission of photo albums in closed groups mark as public?

I would like to know how to make the upgrade from 1.8.1beta2 ( just replacing files? ), and I would like to keep all my album images, so if upgrading, all the images will be there ( no need to upload everything again? )???

@Jorge: this version here is OLDER than 1.8.1beta2!

If you want to upgrade my fork of Tidypics (1.8.1beta2 to the latest 1.8.1beta9) you should proceed as described in the install instructions: disable the Tidypics plugin on your site, then completely remove the tidypics plugin folder in mods, then copy the new version on your server, then enable tidypics again on your site. Your existing images and albums will not be affected and should continue to fully work.

Hi,

Bulk upload is not working - it shows HTTP ERROR. *Firefox  - Please help.

Single image uplaod is working fine.

I have just tried it with my Elgg 1.8.8 but I can tag on my images and sort the albums.

Is there any bug reports about them

@TrungHuynh: tagging is not working in this version of Tidypics. At https://github.com/cash/Tidypics a slightly newer version is available.

Alternatively you can use my fork from http://community.elgg.org/plugins/1194049/1.8.1beta9/elgg-18-tidypics. But you would need to update to Elgg 1.8.16 to be able to use it.

Well the website thinks its uploading images, but when I go to www.mywebsite.com/home/photos/thumbnails or /images/ there is no image there. (by the way, my Elgg is installed under the directory /home/).

As I've written several times already: this version of Tidypics does not work anymore on Elgg 1.8.15 or newer. The reason is that the album directories fail to get created in the data directory when you add a new album and therefore the images can't be saved either:

Use http://community.elgg.org/plugins/1194049/1.8.1beta11/elgg-18-tidypics instead (even if I still name it "beta" because I've not made all features fully functional it's contains a lot of fixes and new features already compared to this version of Tidypics here).

I have installed this plugin and have uploaded some photos but geeting only a question mark in the place of the image. After going through the faq in the zip file, it is stated that "The easiest way to test this is to set display_errors to 1 in your .htaccess file and upload large images."

So which .htaccess file is this? Is it the one which has come with elgg?

Will the issue get resolved by setting display_errors to 1 in .htaccess file or should I do any thing else...

I checked with godaddy support and have increased the php memory limit to 50MB but even then I am getting this error. All images that I upload are getting shown as ? mark.
