Allows for user personalization of colors and makes your Elgg site iPhone friendly. Tested with Elgg 1.6.1 and Elgg 1.7

Features:
- Allows site administrators to customize their site by changing background image or colors.
- If the administrator allows, users can optionally select their own colors.
- Detects browser header for some mobile devices and formats the screen accordingly.(tested only with the iPhone).
- Option to allow iPhone/mobile only mode to help preserve the original theme.
Limitations:
- Themer 0.5 DOES NOT WORK WITH ELGG VERSION 1.7.7 OR HIGHER
