everything seems to be working excellent except for the one issue i have above.

embed feature seems to not be working with onserver videos, if i use the embed feature i see the flash box in the editor and if i view the source i see the code, but when i save and view the page there is no video. if i use embed from a video that came from another site it is displayed correctly.

i can copy the generated embed code for onserver videos and paste in the source then it works and is viewable. maybe there is a problem with the code that is generated from the embed/upload feature.

also is there a way we can add a watermark and have an image display instead of a black screen for onserver videos?

Did you upgrade tinymce provided in the zipped file. This is really important to upgrade tinymce to use some of the very exciting features of izap_video plugin.

Thanks for a great plug-in! This is just perfekt and I will donate when I get this working all the way. I’ve managed to install and configure this very easy…Good work from you.

Now one thing does not work and that’s uploading videos. Actually it’s partly ok since there are thumbnails created and the embedding is working also! But the video upload halts with “Video is queued up for conversion”.

Now I’m on a Windows XP machine running XAMPP 1.7.1 # Apache HTTPD 2.2.11 + Openssl 0.9.8i# MySQL 5.1.33# PHP 5.2.9# phpMyAdmin 3.1.3.1

I do not get what’s wrong but this might have to do with the conversion and maybe also there is no implementation of the"suPHP" apache modul?

I’m not shore about this but would like this to work on a Windows - XAMPP server (many people do use this combination I think).

If I enable mod_suphp, elgg suddenly claims mod_rewrite isn't enabled...

...which is just a little bizarre. O.o

I can't view the video after uploaded. I get msg "Video is queued up for conversion."  Can I know where is the video files stored ? I can't find it in the "data folder"

My hosting server has ffmpeg  but I'm not sure the compiled codes.Is it the compile code must exactly the same as you mention as above or it will not works? 

...never mind my post: had libapache2-mod-php5filter installed instead of libapache2-mod-php5. No idea when I did that or why. -.- Must've been half asleep...

Hm. One problem though: it doesn't seem to post to the river. I got nowt on my activity page about the two videos I just uploaded.

And embedding video still doesn't work...

It works inside tinymce, but then doesn't appear after.

I have the latest version of tinymce installed, too, to my knowledge - at least, the one that came with this package.

I am sure, it might not working for embedding videos which have been uploaded on your server. Actually, this is a bug we noticed as encounter before to @fusion. This usually happen if you have installed the elgg script in sub folder of your root directory. like "www.xyz.com/community/".  This is just an issue related to relative path. We will release a patch by tomorrow to fix this and other plugins you may find.

Actually, my site is in the root dir. But, I do have the virtual host root dir as something a little different to the norm, so it might be related?

tinymce comes with all those features anyway. It just takes a little modification if they don't show up by default. Check out the tinymce documentation for info.

Does it support AVI encapsulation with MP4 encoding? o.o
