Good for printing and for documentation I think!
Quick and dirty, I'm afraid - tested on 1.6.1
This is a php file "plugins_list.php", place it in the admin folder, for example.
Then go to
http://[[SITE]]/admin/plugins_list.php
You get a very boring, but very easy to print, table listing plugins & their order.
I have used this to ensure plugins on live & production match where necessary.
Hope you find this useful

Good Job!
What a fantastic little tool! It's a great time saver and a great way to maintain consistency when migrating from a test site to a live site. Thanks for sharing it,
Shane.
