Simple trackback plugin

Intended to allow people with external blogs to update the activity river when they write a new post. The user grabs the trackback address from "Configure your tools". The address is unique for each user. The user puts the address in their blog platform for trackbacks.

This is a simple plugin that I threw together. It needs some security features if you want to run it on a production site. Something like a unique code for each user so it is hard to guess a user's trackback address. Notifications could also be added.

For plugin developers, this demonstrates a way to create an entity with no user logged in using permission overrides.

I don't intend to do any further development on this.
