Can i redirect user to  his group page?

how do i construct the custom link? In case if he is a member of more then 1 group it could redirect hom to the first group he joined to.

i am new to the elgg i am using elgg 1.8 i want to redirect from login page to profile page i installed u r plugin but its changing in admin and not in the user did i made some mistake so can u  help me out regarding this  i have checked both in setting like first login and general login i even given both the option user profile then to its only changing for admin and not for user so did i made mistake so it would be great if any one help me regarding this thanks 

@testelgg: I think the option you are referring to regarding admin and user allows you to configure who can change the redirect setting: set to admin means that only a site admin can configure the redirect while set to user allows all users to configure the redirect page individually for their account.

I have not looked into this, but :=
