I have purchased this plugin. I am having some trouble with the flash tag cloud widget displayed. I have added it but for some reason doesn display. Is there some min no of tags that needs to be created or mentioned?

Hi, After I activate the plugin, the admin width ends up showing the right half of the screen below the left half. I tried adding the margin info you gave another user here but I do not think that is for my problem. thanks

NewsDabbler, the margin info is all that you have to set to fix your layout. Please try reordering your plugins and placing the code at the bottom of your css.php file.

Why does is say 1.05 in title when the attached version is 1.02 ??

              Any idea why the bookmark widget does not show any results on the main page.  I do believe my bookmark image is not the original bookmark.  It's an updated bookmark plugin that I got on the community board that adds the categories to all the bookmark pages.  I wonder if your plugin is not compatible with that bookmark plugin and that is the reason no bookmark results are showing up.  the widget appears, just no results.

Please check wether the bookmarks you add are public, this is a common case that they're set to private. The mainpage plugin works with the default bookmark plugin

Latest images in not displaying on my frontpage.

I have installed:

ELGG 1.6.1
Tidypics 1.6.5
Mainpage widgets 1.05 (free version)
Firefox 3.5.6 (though latest images is empty in all browsers)

Custom index is disabled.

I uploaded several images to an album.  Nothing displays in "latest images".

Please help.

@xenu - the problem is in the icon view included with this plugin for tidypics. Back in June of last year Tidypics removed the icon action and this plugin hasn't been updated. You could roll back your Tidypics version to 1.5.1

@vazco - when you incorporate someone else's plugin into your own, you really should give them some credit for their work. In this case, I'm referring to your use of the code I wrote for the simplepie plugin. Just a little note giving credit where credit is due would be appropriate.

@Xenu, yes, the commercial version supports the latest Tidypics widget.

@Cash, I just added a proper note to the plugin's description. There's also a proper note in the commercial version of the plugin (I don't remember if it's in this version, though I remember adding it in the past)

Bardo, there's a widget for this in a full version. The classifieds also have their own widgets that you can turn on to place on the main page.

There's already a fbconnect plugin. It needs some configuration to work, but it;'s functional. We also have a client who wants us to work on integration with google docs and google calendar. We may release parts of those integrations to the community.

yes, the full version will work with Elgg 1.7 - it's constantly updated.

@vasco; I appreciate that a lot of work goes into modules, and that you want to promote your commercial versions by offering cut-down free versions. However, I think you're shooting yourself in the foot.

I tried this module, but found that it showed a lot of widgets which (I found out by trial and error) don't exist. On dragging them into the widget boxes a message like "This is only available in the commercial version" is displayed. That's a very untidy, and even annoying, way of finding out some parts don't work. It'd be far better to just not have things in the free version, and place a notice advertising what's in the commercial one. Similar things in other modules put me off, so I no longer bother to download them.
