Replaces 'Edit your page' on the profile and dashboard with the igoogle style drag-and-drop of widgets. Adding, reordering and deleting won't require a refresh. New widgets will appear on top of the right column.

Move your theme plugin below dragable widgets in admin tools plugin list . I had same problem on one of my sites.
@Juipo Web Design unfortunately this didn't solve the problem for me. Are you using 1.6.1?
I wil systematicly disable other plugins and see if one is conflicting or something like that.
I can't get it to work in 1.6.1
I get nice list come down when I click on "Click to add new widget". But when I click on the widget, nothing happens.
Tried it in IE8, Firefox and Google Chrome.
Any Ideas?

this is really nice. I have got a slight problem: when dragging a widget, the drop zone (dotted lines square) does not show fully. Only the top dotted line of the square is displayed.
any suggestion about how to fix this?
