language files are stored in filesPHP

EN (English):

languages/en.php
mod/blog/languages/en.php
mod/blog/languages/bookmarks/en.php
etc.

PL (Polish)

languages/pl.php
mod/blog/languages/pl.php
mod/blog/languages/bookmarks/pl.php
etc.

If you for example delete all pl.php you delete Polish translation

I just registered on your site.  Just want you to know that I received two e-mails (simultaneous) with confirmation links, with the following paths (showing that two plugins are handling this / confusing):

Is translation browser available to all members? I'm logged in, viewing the plugin. It looks great.  But, is it available to all?  To translate, to update, to download files??

...On related topic - many have expressed need for Super Administrator, Administrators, Moderators and Users access and permissions (capabilities). It would be great to add another one - Translators.  Or, to have moderators have ability to translate (but not to download anything).  And only the Administrators should have abilitiy to commit translations to site for use.

What do you think?

Also, in future, could your plugin handle translating home page (logged out and logged in) and to be able to have home page change language based on user setting? It would be amazing to have this part of your plugin.

i'm a Malaysian here.... just getting a bit upset with the flag of my country. and MS is not a shortform for Malaysia but MY. Hope that you could change the flag and the code for my country. It seems like a small thing but for a person who not really "literate" in programming..... it's difficult and it will also upset the other Malaysians later on when they realised. More funny thing.... Aung San Syu Kyi flags (Burma a.k.a Myanmar) was using as a flag for Burma @ Myanmar. Later Myanmar people also upset.... huhuhuhuh.

One thing, if i did change... it just change on my elgg but still MS.php and the flag of i don't know whatthenameis still appears in other users who using this plugin.

i already translate Malay languange about 12%++ completed..... and the progress is still running from time to time when i feel bored to do programming as a "replacement habit" for playing games...

about registration - i have installed two plugins to activation user after register:

uservalidationbyemail   and  siteaccess

about user acces - you can disable acces for all in settings and only admin can translate, in elgg is very simple access control. I can't create group role etc., only i can create in plugin list users  allowed to translate
