Tag Cloud: widget and front page

This includes a widget for user's profiles and code for inserting a tag cloud on the front page (or anywhere else on your site). For more information on adding a tag cloud to your front page, take a look at start.php.
Features:
- admin can turn on colored tags - colors can be set in the css.php file
- user can select the number of tags to display in a widget
- the tags link to the search plugin results
- by default the tags are randomized (also supports sorting by popularity and alphabetical)
