Another time we talk over dependence upon activation of this plugin that require thewire plugin, but I just change with this plugin to activate your videos

<requires>
        <type>plugin</type>
        <name>thewire</name>
    </requires>  

Change with:

<requires>
        <type>plugin</type>
        <name>blog</name>
    </requires> 

And  delete the file in the THEWIRE RIVER / OBJECT /

We now cover, properly functioning video in my web site and my users are happy, videos in Mobile, comment, blog, pages, bookmarks, issues, discussion, etc.

Good to hear your happy. The wire was made mandatory since you can post video URL's  to thewire.

But I'd better make it a suggestion, instead of mandatory.

In my community, I do not use thewire is for this reason, I was forced to apply other way to happiness.

Works with Elgg 1.12.0 !!!

This could be very interesting and usefull, do you have any working images? Main pics are throwing errors.. :/
