It reads your public pages and builds a knowledge base of your community. Visitors then get a real answer at once: what the community is about, how to join, how a group works, where to find a file. Your team wakes up to fewer repeat questions.

SETUP

1. Unpack the archive into mod, so the files are in mod/asyntai.

2. Activate Asyntai AI Chatbot in Administration, Plugins.

3. Open Administration, Configure, Plugin settings, Asyntai AI Chatbot, and paste your widget ID. The chat appears at once.

REQUIREMENTS

Elgg 6.1 or later, PHP 8.2 or later, and an Asyntai account. Tested on Elgg 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 7.0 and 7.1. The plugin is free, and the free Asyntai plan is enough to start.
