This plugin forces users to actively accept terms & conditions, including cookie policy.

If a user hasn't accepted terms % conditions, they will be unable to view most of your site. Disallowed pages are in the mod/gdpr/classes/gdpr/Bootstrap.php. (this could probably be done smarter, but works for me).

It also cleans banned users for email-address and IP address (from my tracker-plugin)  after a period of time (plugin-setting).

Use it if you like, or don't use it :-)

No matter what, test in your test environment first...
