Adds menu to display users by domain and the most common domains registered.
Adds ability to delete users in bulk and by email domain.
Installation:
- If you have a previous version of the Bulk User Admin plugin installed, first remove the old plugin folder from your mod directory before copying/extracting the new version to your server,
- Copy the bulk_user_admin folder in the mod folder of your Elgg installation,
- Enable the plugin in the admin section of your site.
