Elgg Classroom Assignments Plugin

A small plugin that will give you the ability to create assignments, similar to the Google Classroom feature.

How does it work?

You can only create assignments in Groups. Only group owners will be able to create assignments. Why? Elgg is an easy way to create a virtual school, because you can easily create groups for your courses. This plugin will help you create and manage assignments for your courses.

Features:

• Attach a document to the assignment (further instructions, study guide, essays, etc)
• Add a due date and time
• Assignment will automatically close at the due date
• User can submit an answer (assignment) using the comment form, which will not display other submissions. If a user submits an answer, it will display a message instead of the answer.
• The assignment owner (creator) will see all submissions as comments
