1. I think, the best approach is to greet on login and play a audio version of greetings automatically
2. Use existing Login Success Orange Label (i am color blind) may be its not orange The label should display for a given number of seconds.
3. or On Login Greet in a flexing box way from [Account] Menu to left (the Top bar) and again disappear
