i just intalled elgg 3. This plugin needs photos plugin but unable to find photo plugin for elgg3, can you please guide how do i make photo upload non-mandatory?
This version of Checkin does not require any other plugins to work. What happens when you try to add a checkin?

Do you use localhost? I've seen this error on my own (xampp) if I use photos larger than 2000 pixels or 2MB. It doesn't happen on my live server.
If you use localhost, try again with a photo smaller than these sizes.

I can see on your site that you get the same error when adding files and events, so the error is probably not plugin specific.
