I installed your latest version on my Elgg 6.1.2 installation and all my forms are being marked with a red text in the "all" list:

"This form can't be used"

In the "full" view, when clicking on a form, it says

Page not found
Error
The form 'contact' contains error which prevent it's use. Please contact the form owner to fix this issue and try again later.

I'm not sure what I did wrong on the "add" page. Is there a certain rule for the "url" field?

First you have to create a form (with a URL), this is something you probably already did.

After that you have to 'compose' the form, this adds the fields which the user can fill in. Check the entity menu (3 dots) in the form listing for the link to the compose page.

Thanks for your reply. I would have never realised by myself how to do that. But now that I know how, it's easy to make new forms.
