Converts all Elgg elements to bootstrap elements. Can be used as a Parent theme, making it easier for designers and website owners to create their own Elgg themes using bootstrap css.
This theme comes with 21 Bootswatch® http://bootswatch.com themes built in, and can be configured via the admin panel.
