Thank you, but it still doesn't work. This plugin never worked for me before - so I might have done something wrong installing it. I added those lines to the .htaccess, installed the plugin, etc. - but if I want to check my sitemap via http://MYSITE/sitemap.xml it's not found

I think the rewrite rules have to be different for me. When I check http://MYSITE/auto_sitemap/index it somehow works...

i see, ok. i do not run apache here, only nginx - so i have no way of checking what the rewrite rule needs to be. i do know that the nginx version works fine.

I am working on apache and the rewrite rule works fine. You have to place your code after the following line:

-> # If you must add RewriteRules to change hostname, add them directly below (above all the others)

RewriteRule ^sitemap.xml$ auto_sitemap/index [L]
RewriteRule ^sitemap.xsl$ mod/auto_sitemap/views/default/auto_sitemap/sitemap.xsl [L]
RewriteRule ^sitemapindex.xsl$ mod/auto_sitemap/views/default/auto_sitemap/sitemapindex.xsl [L]

My sitemap is opening but it is not showing bookmarks i'm trying to tick bookmarks in entities tab but when i click save its automatically gets unticked. 

for some reason bookmarks is completely missing from the list of entities on my site. i didn't notice that as i don't include bookmarks in the sitemap on my site. i don't have time to look at this presently, but if anyone finds a fix then let me know.

my elgg is v2.2.0 it was working perfectly when i was using elgg v1.12. 

I am using elgg 2.2.4 when i try to uncheck certain entities & try to save it does not get saved .. It reverts back to same .. 

ok, i see. there is not compatible release of this plugin for elgg 2.2+

i have just tested this plugin with elgg 2.2 and am not able to reproduce the issue with unsaved entities. please provide more information, thanks.
