That is kind of neat. I really don't know much about css. From what I can tell it looks like you could add any css you want in there and it just becomes part of the existing css.
One of the biggest issues I could see this solving, is the person trying to figure out what file to make the changes in.
You already know I'm not a coder, I'm wondering if the different sections could be set up as place holders, a section for the header, body and footer etc.

hey Cim this plugin gives me a major problem...i enabled ti and brokes my update plugin and 3 column river activity,i disabled it,i flush case i run upgrade.php i also remove it but nothing....any thoughts?
