Allow assigning access to individual users and/or groups
This plugin adds a new option to the access dropdown list 'Custom'
When custom is selected, a new UI will appear with an entity picker. Any number of users and groups can be granted access using this interface. Access will persist correctly if people join/leave groups or groups are deleted.
If an entity is edited, and already has custom access configured, the UI will automatically be exposed and populated with the current selections.
