Sorry, but my OS is GNU/Linux!!...

The index.php is a simbolic link to views/default/page/elements/pagelogin.php to make the customization more easy.

You can delete it and doesn't matter...

I have an error.. when I want Exit.. I cant closed session. 

How can i remove the 'Groups' block in top right? Or at least change the output from 'group/activity' to standard group page?

The "Groups" in the bar menu may be remove from admin setting Appearance->Menu Items, in the sidebar you can remove commented the code in the file starts.php after to "# Menu groups" line
