I can't reproduce with version 2.3.3 of iZAP Videos.
Which version of Elgg are you using and with version of iZAP Videos? Could it be that you are complaining about iZAP Videos on Elgg 1.8 and with onserver videos option disabled? If that's the case the problem you have is most likely in mod/izap_videos/actions/izap_videos/delete.php that I have already fixed in iZAP Videos version 1.10.9 (but won't backport anymore for older versions of Elgg). You could try with the delete.php action from version 1.10.9. It's likely to work.
When trying to delete videos, i receive this error message:
"The requested action (videos/delete) was not defined in the system."
