Oh nice just seen this not been on here much but back now will be around more, just busy teaching and running hosting company's, excellent plugin!

This is a great plugin and the only one which ever needs a manual upload.

I don't think @Arsalan Shah gives this enough description to give it it's full credit.

Add this plugin to your mods folder and activate it.
Then, from Utilities -> Plugin Installer - simply point to your plugin zip file and upload.
Your new plugin will then appear in the plugins list ready for activation.

It makes adding plugins a breeze.

The only downside is that it is worth checking that the zip files contains a folder with the name of the plugin.  Any additional files in the zip will cause an error.
