Testing in elgg 1.9

Any working demo please? Not working in localhost  - installs okay but http://localhost/elgg/invite#contact-grabber gives Object not found!

"Request could not be handled. Try again Later."

I have this error in the control panel,

how can i fix it ?

And also this when I try to add my email credentials to import contacts:

Request could not be handled. Try again Later. 

- Doesn't seem to work on Elgg 1.12.3. 

Depending on email type always gives "Invalid Login" or "Request could not be handled. Try again later"....
