Is it possible to take the blogs and photos too? If yes - great! If no - requesting to add that.
very nice ty kindah like pdf export? can you download a pdf to a zip file with this?
Thank you very helpful.
It does take blogs and photos. It also takes PDF. So to answer your questions... Yes and Yes.
v good job excellent work thank you
What is the link or menu that the user should go to do file_takeout ? Cannot find any menu or link item
Disha -- there is no menu item. The way to access it is to type the url in the browser. For example: http://localhost/elgg/file_takeout
Maybe it would be good to secure the access also with admin_gatekeeper() at the top of the script (after the reuqire_once line). Even if there's no menu entry the access by entering the url would still be possible for anyone logged in otherwise.
I've thought about it, and since the plugin only allows you to take out files that you own, it poses no security risk. I will add a link to the tool from the user's settings page. Look for it in version 1.01, coming soon.
