In the plugin folder

myfree_irc\views\default\myfreeirc\page.php

You can change  channels=myfreeirc  to eg: channels=sociallife change both channels=myfreeirc to eg: channels=sociallife as you will see channels=myfreeirc 2 times in the page.php file.
