This plugin will allow you to alter the Elgg css rules as per Elgg guidelines.
To add new css rules,
- Disable simple cache in your admin setting page.
- Inspect the current css property using chrome web developer console or firebug.
- Now add the new rules in galliElggCSS\views\default\galliElggCSS\css.php file
