Event Calendar Index Widget

Adds simple index widget for the Event Calendar (needs widget manager)

Simple Elgg 1.8 plugin to add an index widget if the widget_manager is used. The Administrator can specify which group's events to display (see group URL for number). If no group guid is specified all public events are shown.

- Adds an extra widget to the index that displays public events
- A specific Group_guid can be specified in the widget edit menu to only show events from that group
== 2. ToDo ==
- Find an easy way to only show site events (seems to need complex custom DB query)
