also how can i change the menu to normal elgg menu ? drop down menu doesnt look good on any theme well my opinion please let me know how to fix i really like this theme : )

download unzip add folder to mods in your elgg website folder

@UK : this theme has no settings. Its a simple one. If you want to change the menu style, you have to do it yourself. Look into the view files and you will understand it.

I love this simple theme -- great works!!! but I want to make it more simple -- I want to remove the drop down menu, then move "All" "Mine" "Friends" (of Blogs) to the topbar (replace the drop down menu with three icons or buttons. Can someone tell me how to do it? many thanks!!! 

You have to register those menus using like

elgg_register_menu_item('topbar', array(
