Export pages and blog posts to PDF

Allows users to export page contents to a PDF file. The plugin aims to make the PDF as identical to the original content as possible. It has a support for embedded images and characters from different alphabets (arabic, chinese, etc).
Currently works only with the blog and pages plugins.
The plugin has been tested only with Debian Linux server.
Requirements for the server:
- wkhtmltopdf
- Command line tool that is used to generate the PDF files
- https://github.com/antialize/wkhtmltopdf
- Available to Debian as a package with the same name
- xvfb
- Virtual Framebuffer ("fake" X server)
- Available to Debian as a package with the same name
