My first plugin, very much still an alpha version.

It basically is a rewrite of Team Webgalli's gpl pro_user plugin ( http://community.elgg.org/plugins/385045/4.1/featured-premium-members ) with some functionality added.

Features:

Adds option for administrators to feature members (admin option in profile view)
Allows for (alphabetical) sorting after featured users only ([elgg]members/featured)
Index & group widget for widget manager to display side wide latest featured users
Adds a module to the vanilla Elgg index (untested!)

To Do:

Instead of overwriting pages and views, extend them (but how?)
Sidebar view of featured users?
Extended plugin: Other user categories listing through profile-manager integration? with settings?
