This is just a clone of the blog plugin, converted into a news plugin. It is not only a language change, everything changed, even the URL.
It is a framework-less plugin. I saw someone requesting for it and just did it. It is only for Admins, so this is more of a 'press release' plugin. Simple yet powerful.
