Your plugin works well, except that I have can worry for my utilisatesurs: Do users 1 publish, do users 2 answer the publication Users 1, are Users 1 notified and if the user 1 reacted, is not the user 2 notified, there is not middle that the one that publishes and who reacted to the publication are all notified?
Example: the functionality of Facebook notification.

No, user 2 does not get notified if user 1 responds to his own post.

For that you need to use either one of these:

I tested mentioning someone and got this notification:
