Some users may end up with non-existant emails over time due to deleting an email address but not updating a new one in the system, or entering a fake email into the system after registration. When notifications are sent to these non-existant emails it's a waste of resources, annoying accumulation of bouncebacks, and may contribute to a site being labeled as spam.
This plugin provides a widget for the admin page where an admin can enter in email addresses for notifications which have bounced. Each user with a specified invalid email will have all email notifications disabled (site, personal, group, comment_tracker). They will be notified via site message if the messages plugin is enabled, and notified by system message on their next visit.
