Try to put the Minimal Hide Search Box plugin at the very bottom of the plugin list. Then no other plugin (also not any theme plugin) could override the unextending of the "search/header" view for logged-out visitors as handled by this plugin here. If the search input still shows up on your site it might be that your theme plugin adds a completely own index page without the possibility to alter it in the same way as you would be able to with the Elgg core index page. You could try if this might be the case be disabling the theme plugin temporarily to see if the search box is still showing up or not depending on the activity state of the Minimal Hide Search Box plugin.
Hello I have Elgg 2.3.12 I install Minimal Hide Search box v2.3.1. But when not login search box still visible.
I check plugin list. It is activated. I tried moving it bottom, up, middle different positions in plugin list but still no result.
Do I do something wrong?
