this is the 1.8 compatible version of the tag cumulus - tagcloud replacement plugin.

• this version over-rides the tagcloudblock element and adds the module to various other pages in the site such as izap_videos, tidypics and events.
• context sensitivity is also present.. groups are not yet coded.
• you will see a 3d styled animated tagcloud instead of the 2d text one in all instances except for profile widgets.
• colors and other parameters can be edited in the admin panel.
• admin can choose to have the main site tagcloud replaced or not.
