The Team Webgalli was developed a plugin that integrates Highslide JS into TydiPics (and also a standalone) about two years for Elgg 1.7. Unfortunately, the plugin is not up to date.

I made few changes to the code to provide compatibility with the latest versions of Elgg and TidyPics. I used this modified version in muy own Elgg 1.8.8 and TidyPics 1.8.0rc1 inproduction, and works perfectly.

Instructions:

• Extract the contents of the archive to the "mod" directory
• Go to the Admin panel, enable the plugin and configure them
• Before setting up the plugin, clear the cache

What's new?

• Few modifications on the following files: "start.php" and "views/default/object/image.php"
• The latest version of Highslide JS (if you are running a commercial website, you must purchase a license from the Highslide JS Website)
• Manifest updated to Elgg 1.8
• Spanish language added
• The rest of the files from the original package by Team Webgalli are unaltered.
