"Made Friends" not in the river

What you can do to help:
- Request to become the new maintainer of the plugin
prevents the message "X made friends with Y" being added to the river
by SehLax

I just found it annoying having my community's river flooded with dozens of this kind of message
This is the most simple plugin, just removed the add_to_river from the default friends/add action.
